TV Package aired on Newsline 2026

I produced a TV package that addresses concerns raised by firefighters and union delegates about the outdated fire trucks they currently use across the state. I edited the package using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Live reporter for Newsline 2026

I was a live reporter for the 4:30 pm hour-long show of News and Current Affairs on Newsline, Channel 31.

I worked to write my script and source overlay to cover updates on the Stolen Generations Marker, to be located in Alexandra Gardens in mid-2027. I also reported on the memorial site located near RMIT that honours two Aboriginal men who were executed.

I worked closely with the presenters, producers and tech crew to produce the story, before going on location for the cross.

Vertical Video

I produced a vertical video optimised for Instagram Reels/Youtube Shorts that reports on the concerns that firefighters across Victoria have made about out-of-date fire trucks. The video explains how this issue could influence voting in key regional electorates in the 2026 Victorian election.

ABC News Breakfast as-live

During my internship at the ABC, I demonstrated my on-camera reporting skills by writing, producing and recording an 'as-live' covering the location change of the MotoGP event in Australia.

ABC News Breakfast RVO's

During my internship at the ABC, I strengthened my communication and television journalism skills by conducting on-camera screen tests for RVO news stories.

Reporter for Newsline 2025

I was the Popular Culture reporter for the 4:30 pm live news bulletin on Newsline, Channel 31.

Before going live, I worked with producers, reporters and tech crew to produce a professional and engaging bulletin. To cover my segment, I sourced overlay footage and grabs, as well as wrote my script efficiently to report on two popular culture stories.

TV Package

This is a TV package assignment I produced for a journalism class. It reports on Victoria's critically endangered grasslands, threatening native species and ecosystems. I edited the package using Adobe Premiere Pro.
